YOUR TASKS
In our 24-month trainee program, you will quickly acquire in-depth knowledge in all scientific subject areas that drive our business forward. To do this, you go through three stations lasting eight months each. You can choose from a total of five stations, for example:
Clinical Trials: Here you have your finger on the pulse of research. You will support us as an active team member in our international Phase III studies (USA, Europe) to achieve approval for our cannabis-based medicines. Be there when we bring the first innovation in painkiller therapy to market in over 30 years and bring relief to countless chronic pain patients!
Research & Development: Develop the products of tomorrow with us. Analyze pre-clinical and clinical data on current and planned products and design studies to fill knowledge gaps. Evaluate the safety and effectiveness of various therapies and make recommendations.
Quality & Regulatory: Get an overview of the regulatory environment of our broad product portfolio with our experienced colleagues - from dietary supplements and medical devices to active ingredients and pharmaceuticals. Develop yourself into a sparring partner for the specialist departments for all questions relating to product and process development.
After your traineeship, you will deepen your professional focus and prepare yourself to take on professional management responsibility. Our goal is to be able to entrust you with leadership within 3 years of starting your career.
YOUR PROFILE
You recently completed your science studies and are among the best in your year.
You are curious, open to new things and enjoy solving complex problems.
You work in a self-motivated, structured, precise and solution-oriented manner; You don't allow yourself to be intimidated by new topics.
No previous knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is necessary. What is more important to us is an entrepreneurial mindset, which you can demonstrate through internships, social commitment, or similar activities.
You have business fluent German skills (at least C1 level) and very good English skills (at least B2 level).
