Your goal is to ensure an efficient and scalable supply chain through clear structures, smart prioritization, and continuous process optimization.

YOUR TERRAIN

  • Responsibility for the operational management of all processes along the entire supply chain – from operational purchasing to delivery.
  • Ensure consistent delivery reliability by coordinating timely and accurate delivery by our partners.
  • Identification and implementation of measures for the continuous optimization and efficiency improvement of all supply chain processes, taking into account the relevant parameters and KPIs in day-to-day operations

THIS IS HOW YOU CONVINCE US

  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations. Sound knowledge of project management.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Experience in dynamic, operational environments (e.g. automotive/OEM, operations consulting, rapidly scaling startups/scaleups), as well as with regulated markets.
  • A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a hands-on mentality.
Ability to set priorities, work efficiently, and empower your team to the best of their ability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent German (C1) and good English skills.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with tools and systems for supply chain optimization (e.g. ERP systems, BI tools, data analysis software).
  • Initial experience in a coordinating or leading role.

WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO

  • We offer you the option of remote work (2 weeks per quarter, 4 weeks in Q1 - regardless of whether you are EU or non-EU)
  • We maintain an uncomplicated relationship with one another in flat hierarchies and with short decision-making processes.
  • We want to create an open culture and agile working methods, with plenty of room for creativity and space for your ideas.
  • We pay fairly – based on your qualifications and experience.
  • We offer internal and external development opportunities, because standing still means going backwards.
  • We live a culture of error with the motto “Fail fast”, because mistakes make us better when we deal with them transparently and learn from them.
  • We support your USC membership or your Germany Ticket or subsidize your mobility with 49 EUR - you choose.
  • You get a discount on our vaay products and our avaay merch.
  • We organize team events & corporate volunteering for lots of fun & purpose outside of work.

YOUR WAY TO US

Send us your application and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

  1. A 30-minute video call with Anni (Director People & Culture) to discuss the position, your expectations and questions.
  2. A 60-minute video call with André (Director of Operations) to do a deep dive including a live case and to talk in detail about the position and the interfaces.
  3. A final on-site meeting with the Supply Chain team at our Berlin office. At the same time, we'll conduct a brief written reference check with your consent.

Important: We are committed to equal opportunities and welcome everyone. If you need any adjustments to the application process, please let us know at any time.

While individuals from traditionally marginalized groups tend to only apply if they meet all the criteria, studies show that men are more likely to apply for a position if they meet at least 60% of the required criteria. Therefore, if you believe you have the necessary qualifications and skills but don't meet every single one of the above requirements, we encourage you to contact us anyway. We would be happy to have a conversation with you and explore your potential to fill the role.

SOUNDS GOOD? Then send us your application. We look forward to hearing from you!
