Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Provide strategic and operational support to the co-founder and CEO, managing important projects independently.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate excellent self-organization skills to meet deadlines and efficiently complete tasks.
  • Information Preparation: Prepare relevant information and presentations for management and oversee successful project implementation.

Your Qualifications:

  • Education: Completed a degree in economics, management, engineering, or a related field with strong academic performance.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in top management consulting, investment banking, or private equity, demonstrating success in a demanding environment.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of project management, strategy development, and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational skills.
  • Personality: Resilience, perseverance, and a proactive mindset. Analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills. Optimism and confidence under pressure. Loyalty, teamwork orientation, and a focus on driving the success of the CEO and team. Exceptional self-organization, flexibility, and a willingness to take on responsibility.
  • Location: Ideally based in the Rhine-Main area or willing to relocate.
