As a (SENIOR) INFLUENCER MARKETING MANAGER (F/M/D), you will take responsibility for the development and execution of our influencer marketing strategy for the avaay brand. You will plan and execute performance and brand awareness campaigns with influencers, building long-term relationships with influencers and creators. You will ensure that campaigns align with our brand values and goals. Through data-driven analysis and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will optimize campaign strategies and improve performance.

YOUR ROLE

Strategy Development & Campaign Management
Develop and implement the influencer marketing strategy for avaay.
Plan and execute performance and brand awareness campaigns with influencers.
Identify, analyze, and integrate new influencers, creators, and platforms, focusing on Instagram and YouTube.
Manage campaigns end-to-end, including briefing, monitoring, and KPI reporting.

Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership
Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies, ensuring alignment with brand values.
Lead the influencer marketing team and guide the development of a student assistant.
Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers to support influencer projects.

Data Analysis & Optimization
Perform data-driven analyses to optimize campaign strategies.
Set up and manage influencer performance tracking to measure and improve results.

Events & Activities
Plan and execute influencer events and activities to foster brand loyalty and engagement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Creative, Brand) to develop content and promotions.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven experience in influencer marketing (approximately 3 years), including knowledge of the influencer landscape and relevant KPIs.
- Expertise in running performance-oriented influencer campaigns, negotiating contracts, and analyzing metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for collaborating with influencers and partners.
- Passion for social media, digital trends, and a creative and analytical approach to work.
- Structured thinking and strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in German and good English skills.
