Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager

Responsibilities

• Strategically develop organic traffic for our corporate website to achieve growth and company goals while considering contribution to results.
• Conduct SEO analyses (On-Page: code, structure, and backlink analyses) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to continuously optimize and monitor the success of SEO measures.
• Implement technical and content-related SEO factors to achieve the best possible rankings in search networks.
• Commission and manage content creation, ensuring it aligns with the SEO strategy, and guide content optimization.
• Monitor and report on key SEO KPIs.
• Observe market trends and developments from an SEO perspective.
• Conduct employee training and coaching sessions (SEO, Content, On-Site).
• Manage external service providers, agencies, and consultants.
• Oversee the SEO budget for Algea Care.

Qualifications

What you should bring:

• Several years of professional experience in SEO, preferably in a transactional environment.
• Experience working with WordPress and tools like Google Search Console, Sistrix, Searchmetrics, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (nice to have).
• Strong analytical skills.
