Your Role
As a PHARMACY MANAGER - SALES, you will:
- Establish and maintain relationships with pharmacies and doctors.
- Market products and services, emphasizing quality and benefits.
- Acquire and retain new and existing pharmacy customers.
- Monitor and analyze competitive activities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Conduct pharmacy training sessions.
- Document customer interactions and results in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with our doctor field service team to build and maintain networks.
- Work closely with the doctor field service and medical team to retain customers.
What We're Looking For
- Sales Experience: Ideally, experience in sales, particularly in the field service.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmacies and the medical environment (cannabis experience a plus).
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems to document contacts and results.
- Relationship Building: Enjoy building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently, with a mix of home office and field service days.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex products clearly.
- Languages: Fluency in German, with English a plus.
- Location: Preferred residence in southern Germany.
