Cannabis on prescription: This is also worthwhile for the industry, as one pharmacist openly calculates. In the end, he is left with a five-figure profit.
The federal government's cannabis law is primarily aimed at recreational use. But it also has a major impact on the medical market. Since the new law means that cannabis is no longer classified as a narcotic, significantly more prescriptions for medical weed are being issued. This can be done through regular doctors or via websites on the Internet. Anyone who is issued a prescription can go to a pharmacy and pick up their cannabis there.
In principle, any pharmacy can dispense cannabis . In practice, however, only a few pharmacies participate. As the Association of Cannabis Supply Pharmacies stated upon request, 2,500 to 3,000 pharmacies currently dispense medical cannabis to patients. Two of these "cannabis pharmacies" are in Lower Saxony , run by Frank Siepert.
