Tasks


Friendly first point of contact for our customers and business partners on the phone and reception
Processing incoming mail including recording deadlines
Carry out preparatory accounting (e.g. document invoices)
General organizational and administrative tasks
Appointment and travel coordination and management for our management
Travel expense accounting and fleet management
Preparation and follow-up of the meeting rooms
Participate in the organization of team events and customer appointments
Taking on administrative tasks as a substitute


qualification


Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
At least 2 years of experience in office management
Experience with redesigning/planning office spaces
Strong organizational skills as well as a structured, responsible and forward-looking way of working
Enjoy contact with people, sense of responsibility, loyalty and flexibility
Discretion and reliability
Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
