Their German division is responsible for marketing and distributing products across the country, and they are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their growth efforts.
Your Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will drive the Company’s visibility and customer engagement in Germany. You will be responsible for budget planning, campaign execution, and strategic marketing initiatives across online and offline channels. This role requires a strong marketing background, leadership skills, and a passion for brand-building.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
🔹 Manage budget planning for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact campaigns.
🔹 Oversee content strategies across multiple platforms (Newsletter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).
🔹 Maintain a content calendar for consistent and strategic messaging.
🔹 Work with external agencies and internal teams on promotional campaigns and initiatives.
🔹 Organize and coordinate trade shows, industry events, and store branding efforts.
🔹 Develop merchandise and promotional materials, ensuring quality and timely production.
🔹 Optimize website content to improve visibility and traffic.
🔹 Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.
🔹 Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
🔹 Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships to expand reach.
What They’re Looking For
✅ Experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand strategy and campaign management.
✅ Proven experience in budget planning and cost management for marketing initiatives.
✅ Fluent German is a must (for content creation and communication).
✅ Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
✅ Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask.
✅ Creative thinker with a strong ability to generate innovative content ideas.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
