Job Description
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and rectify technical malfunctions, ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities.
Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repair work on our extensive building services systems, including heating, steam boilers, compressed air, cooling, ventilation, fire alarm and alarm systems, and IT systems.
Oversee and assist with repair work performed by external contractors, ensuring the quality and timeliness of their services.
Document all maintenance and repair activities in our maintenance program, maintaining accurate records and promptly procuring spare and wear parts.
Coordinate and instruct external contractors, ensuring they adhere to our safety standards and project requirements.
Supervise in-house construction measures, collaborating with project managers to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Monitor compliance with official regulations and legal requirements, including the safety standards of our facility.
Respond to emergency calls and provide on-call support during off-hours as needed.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed apprenticeship in electrical engineering.
Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of success in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
Prior experience in building services engineering is a plus.
Hands-on experience in control and drive technology.
Valid switching authorization for medium voltage systems up to 30kV.
Meticulous and conscientious approach to work, with a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to undergo a background check and provide a clean police record due to the handling of narcotics.
Proficient in MS Office programs.
