As a Junior TikTok Creator (F/D/M), you will be part of our Creative & Central Brand Team and responsible for the development and operational management of a new TikTok format for the Sanity Group. You will independently develop and produce short-form content , contribute creative ideas, and ensure our channel grows organically. Your role will be content production , while the strategic direction of the account will be developed in collaboration with your team lead, Angi.
YOUR TERRAIN
- Content production & channel development
- Independent creation and production of creative, target group-oriented short-form content for TikTok.
- Account management including uploads, hashtag strategy and community engagement.
- Close collaboration with the creative team to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Identifying and implementing new TikTok trends and creative ideas for viral content.
- Research and development of innovative content formats for the TikTok channel.
- Content planning & optimization
- Participation in the planning and organization of content productions.
- Optimizing workflow and scheduling processes for efficient content creation.
- Regular analysis of performance data and derivation of learnings for content optimization.
THIS IS HOW YOU CONVINCE US
- Initial experience in producing TikTok content (e.g. as a freelancer, content creator or in a similar position).
- Confident use of video and editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva or similar programs).
- A feel for viral trends, storytelling and visual design on TikTok.
- Desire & talent to get in front of the camera for our brands.
- Creativity and the ability to develop content for a specific target audience.
- Independent, structured way of working and high quality standards.
- Portfolio or work samples with TikTok content (e.g. own channels or reference projects) Mandatory information when applying .
- You speak and write fluent German (C1) and have good English skills (B2).
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with regulated markets or brands in the wellbeing, pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.
- Knowledge of social media planning tools (e.g. Later.com).
- Interest in the medical cannabis market and digital brand communication trends.
