YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • As part of the People & Culture team, you will be one of the central points of contact for colleagues and will support the entire employee lifecycle.
  • You will be the contact person for all People Operations issues and will take care of, among other things, questions relating to labor law, payroll tax law, and social security law.
  • You will assist in processing internal and external inquiries (e.g., from Finance, external payroll accounting, health insurance companies, authorities, offices, etc.).
  • You will create contracts, amendment agreements, and certificates and provide professional advice to colleagues.
  • You will manage the administrative onboarding and offboarding processes, such as the associated communication, creation of documents, coordination with IT, and organization of onboarding appointments, etc.
  • You will maintain our internal HR management systems and ensure that all employee data is up to date.
  • You will support our recruiting processes by preparing job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and managing job portals.
  • You will support other exciting projects, such as process optimizations, learning & development, or employer branding.

THIS IS HOW YOU CONVINCE US

  • You have successfully completed a degree in (Human Resources) Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field of study.
  • You have already gained 2+ years of practical experience (including working student/intern activities) in the field of HR/People (Operations) Management.
  • You have a hands-on mentality, are curious, and would like to develop yourself as a P&C all-rounder in a start-up environment.
  • You have a high degree of empathy, social competence, and discretion.
  • You work in a structured, responsible, and careful manner.
  • You are confident, communicative, and have fluent written and spoken German and English skills.
