Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, coordinate, and launch performance marketing campaigns in collaboration with product management, PR, and the graphics department
Continuously optimize a set of over 50 campaigns in over 10 markets worldwide, always on the lookout for further optimization levers
Not only conduct reliable analyses, but also derive concrete recommendations for action and measures from them and implement them
Qualifications:
Successfully completed a degree in mathematics, business administration, or a similar field with a high mathematical-statistical component
Proficiency in the MS Office suite (especially Excel) and ideally knowledge of other analytics and database tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Hands-on mentality, even when exploring analytical challenges
Quick grasp, a high degree of initiative, and a passion for numbers and data
Convincing structured approach to work
Active team player who independently, reliably, and proactively advances their areas of focus
Fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English (at least B2 level) skills
