Responsibilities:
The Junior Manager - Clinical Trial Site Monitoring & Oversight is responsible for identifying and selecting suitable study centers, serving as the point of contact for the responsible CRO and the study centers, and supporting them throughout the study. They also coordinate outsourced site start-up, monitoring, and site close-out activities, ensure adherence to the monitoring plan, review monitoring reports, and escalate any issues at the study site.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, or a related field. They should have experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) and a basic understanding of GCP regulations. Excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, and a detail-oriented work style are essential. Fluency in German (at least C1 level) and very good English (at least B2 level) are required. Additional proficiency in Czech or Polish (at least B2 level) is a plus.
