As a (Junior) Event Manager (f/d/m), you are our organizational talent behind the scenes and on-site, making every event a highlight. Whether it's trade shows, influencer parties, or creative event concepts, you coordinate, plan, and ensure that our brands avaay, Grashaus Projects, and ZOIKS are showcased perfectly. With your eye for detail and hands-on mentality, you bring innovative ideas to life, create unforgettable experiences, and represent our vision and values to the world. As regular presence in our Berlin office is required, you should live in Berlin or its surrounding area.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee our trade show appearances, influencer parties, and other events for avaay, Grashaus Projects, and ZOIKS, collaborating closely with our partners and teams.
- Occasionally travel to events and trade shows in other German cities or to our Swiss locations, ensuring smooth operations and serving as the main contact for all involved parties.
- From setup and teardown to creating impactful booth/event designs – your hands-on approach makes it happen!
- Manage everything from bookings and logistics to briefings, keeping everything on track and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Optionally, oversee our merchandising strategy – from analysis and development to placement at events.
- Maintain a clear overview of our event and trade show inventory to ensure sustainable order management.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A degree or training in business administration, marketing, event management, or a comparable qualification.
- Creativity, commitment, and proactive thinking come naturally to you.
- You’re highly organized and possess excellent communication skills (fluent in German and proficient in English), enabling you to effectively convey messages and engage with stakeholders.
- You’re excited to revolutionize the European cannabis market through your events and bring the necessary willingness to travel and an understanding of the industry.
