Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will support our HR team in day-to-day operations and recruiting, becoming a reliable point of contact for key HR topics.
Assist with the entire recruitment process and applicant management.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain employee data.
Draft contracts, references, and certificates.
Provide support with time tracking and KPI reporting.
Participate in organizing and executing HR projects.
Through your contributions and ideas, you will help shape the vision of Algea Care and actively drive the expansion of our startup!
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field with a focus on HR (preferably in an advanced stage of study).
Initial practical experience in Human Resources through internships or student jobs.
Strong interest in HR processes and tasks within the HR department.
Enthusiastic about teamwork.
Reliable and self-motivated personality, capable of excelling in remote work.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, along with strong German and good English skills.
A structured, detail-oriented working style combined with a hands-on mentality rounds out your profile.
