Here's what you'll do:
- Lead and empower a talented team of finance professionals.
- Steer the financial ship using key metrics and keep senior management informed.
- Craft accurate and timely financial statements – monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Oversee all accounting activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage financial planning, analysis, and controlling processes, including reporting for investors (KPIs included!).
- Help chart the course for the company's future, including strategic development and business planning.
- Be the go-to person for auditors and tax advisors.
- Develop budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts to guide our growth.
We're looking for someone with:
- A degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on accounting or controlling (or something similar).
- 5+ years of experience leading and succeeding in finance and controlling.
- A sharp mind for numbers and a talent for strategic analysis.
- Experience building and using financial models in Excel.
- Deep knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and controlling best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong dose of initiative.
- Fluency in German and English.
