Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented German Account Manager to join their sales team. This role combines account management and sales responsibilities, with a focus on expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth within the German market.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing German customers. Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the German market. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base. Focus on both flower and extract products, with a strong emphasis on flower sales.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about the German cannabis market, including competitor analysis and customer trends. Identify potential opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and support to German clients. Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Proven track record in sales and account management, ideally within the cannabis or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the German cannabis market and its regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Experience working with a CRM system and sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing relationships within the German cannabis industry.
  • Knowledge of the cannabis cultivation and production process.
  • Experience in the food or beverage industry.
