Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Flower Sales Coordinator to expand their market reach in the UK, Germany, and Australia. This role requires a proven track record in the cannabis industry, with a strong emphasis on flower sales and a deep understanding of international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Account Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our market share in the UK, Germany, and Australia. Manage existing customer relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customers. Stay updated on industry regulations and competitive landscapes.
- Order Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with local sales teams (where applicable) to achieve sales targets and provide necessary support.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target markets. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in flower sales within the cannabis industry.
- Extensive network of buyers and distributors in the UK, Germany, and Australia.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals.
- Strong understanding of international trade and logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (CRM, ERP, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with a large-scale cannabis cultivation or distribution company.
- Knowledge of cannabis regulations in the UK, Germany, and Australia.
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English, German, and potentially other relevant languages.
This is a strategic role requiring a highly skilled individual with a proven ability to drive sales and build strong customer relationships.
