Job Description
To strengthen our team in Germany, we are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (m/f/d). This position will play a central role in supporting key customers, interacting with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs), and providing product-specific support. The goal is to ensure high customer satisfaction through sound advice, close communication, and professional service.
Main Responsibilities
Key Account Management & Customer Support:
Main contact for key customers and ensuring efficient support.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), and distribution partners.
Providing ongoing support, product information, and assistance to pharmacies, clinics, and other medical facilities.
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to further develop business strategies and product improvements.
Scientific Communication & Training:
Providing expert input for HCPs and KOLs on medical and pharmaceutical topics.
Providing balanced, evidence-based product information to external stakeholders.
Developing and implementing training programs, presentations, and information materials for customers and partners.
Problem Solving & Service Optimization:
Proactively handling and resolving customer and key customer inquiries.
Identifying and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments for timely resolution.
Continuously identifying improvement opportunities to optimize the customer experience, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
Relevant experience in customer service or key account management, ideally in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or biotechnology industry.
Sound knowledge of medical cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare products is an advantage.
Fluent written and spoken German and English skills.
Strong communication and relationship skills, as well as the ability to conduct in-depth technical discussions.
Analytical thinking skills to gather and utilize key customer insights for strategic decisions.
Solution-oriented approach with a strong customer focus.
