As a CRM Manager (f/d/m), you will be responsible for the strategic development and operational implementation of our CRM activities for the brands avaay, vaay, Grashaus Projects, and Vayamed. With your expertise in customer lifecycle management and data-driven campaigns, you will help strengthen customer loyalty, create personalized experiences, and foster sustainable growth. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure a top-tier customer experience across all channels and establish innovative CRM solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM Strategy
- Develop and implement customer lifecycle management strategies.
- Analyze and segment target groups to optimize communication.
- Map the customer journey and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain loyalty programs and activation campaigns.
Data Management & Analytics
- Ensure data integrity in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Analyze and structure customer data to derive strategic actions.
- Build and track relevant KPIs using reporting and analytics tools.
Campaign Management
- Develop and execute multichannel campaigns (e.g., email, chatbot).
- Run A/B tests and continuously optimize measures.
- Automate workflows to increase efficiency.
Customer Retention & Loyalty
- Prevent customer churn with targeted measures.
- Implement and analyze feedback systems such as Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Develop upselling and cross-selling strategies and after-sales communication.
Trends & Innovation
- Monitor current market trends and best practices in CRM.
- Develop innovative approaches to enhance the customer experience.
Interface Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Brand, Operations, Creative).
- Act as a sparring partner for brand direction and central brand teams for B2C and B2B campaigns.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2-3 years of professional experience in CRM.
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Passion for data-driven work and comfortable with tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
- Creativity and an eye for current trends, along with content and design skills.
- Initial experience in copywriting.
- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork abilities.
- Structured approach to planning and executing projects.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
