Responsibilities:
The Clinical Trials Manager (Medical & Safety) - Junior is responsible for ensuring the compliance of clinical studies with legal safety requirements. They coordinate with service providers (CROs) and investigators to evaluate and report adverse events and protocol deviations. Their focus is on the joint development of safety and medical monitoring plans. They conduct regular medical monitoring audits of clinical data to identify potential safety concerns. They participate in the preparation of the study protocol and patient consent documents. They work with the data management team to ensure that safety data is accurately collected, analyzed, and reported. The preparation and review of study plans and annual safety reports for clinical studies are an integral part of their area of responsibility.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a medical degree and ideally experience as a medical intern in clinical research and experience with eCRF, eDiary, and AE reports. They should already have an understanding of data analysis in Excel. They have experience in coordinating service providers and investigators. They are detail-oriented and have strong analytical skills. They have a precise work style and a strong drive for results. They have the ability to organize themselves and work with limited supervision. They have the ability to present their own topics to managers. They have fluent German and English (at least C1 level).
