Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Berlin
Our client is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team in Berlin, Germany.

The Role:
This full-cycle sales role offers a unique opportunity to build a successful career within the burgeoning terpene industry. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and securing sales for terpene products across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect research and lead generation through various channels
- Building and qualifying leads through calls, emails, and social media
- Presenting product features and benefits to potential customers
- Negotiating and closing sales deals
- Managing customer accounts and maintaining positive relationships
- Preparing sales reports and forecasts
Qualifications:
- English: Fluent
- French or German: A plus
- Passion for the cannabis and terpene industry (preferred)
- 2-3 years of relevant sales experience (preferred)
- Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a "hungry" attitude

Hiring Process:

- The second interview with the Director of Sales
- Short assignment to assess your skills
- Final interview with the CEO
