We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Planning Manager to join our team in Lisbon area.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and managing the production plan, ensuring its implementation, and making any adjustments deemed necessary to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time.
Ensure alignment with overall business goals and production capacity.
Monitor production schedules, hold meetings with the teams involved in the process, and notify internal customers of delays and interruptions.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
Review the master production schedule (MPS) and balance the production schedule based on the priority of orders to ensure that all orders can be produced on time.
Continuously evaluate production capacity and make necessary adjustments to meet demand.
Lead and manage the introduction of new products and improvement initiatives from a production planning perspective.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into the production schedule.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., ERP/MRP systems).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
