Sales Manager

Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide strategic consulting to demanding clients, inspiring them with your knowledge of our product range.
  • Partnership Development: Foster strong relationships with key customers, acting as a collaborative partner while maintaining a focus on business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Ensure that your team meets quantitative goals, providing support through regular on-site meetings in Cologne.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek out new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce for customer relationship management, including documentation and handling.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement effective communication and sales strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Identify market potential and conduct ongoing analysis of market trends and competitors.
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales figures to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the medical cannabis industry is a plus.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed business studies or commercial training.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident and proactive demeanor.
  • Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Germany (a class B driving license is required).
  • Independent and creative work style.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a benefit.
