Last week, the National Medicines Safety Agency (ANSM) announced the ban from June 3 of several cannabinoid molecules, including H2-CBD, H4-CBD and any variation around the delta-9 molecule. -THC. The goal was to put an end to the trade in synthetic cannabinoids made from CBD and to anticipate the arrival of new ones.
However, in its press release, the Agency mentioned THCA by name, which made us raise eyebrows , the molecule being present in the natural state of the plant in larger quantities than THC.
