Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring activities for ongoing and planned clinical trials and ensures the timeliness of monitoring and reporting
- Coordinates the conduct of inspections at our study centers in accordance with GCP requirements and participates in sponsor visits
- Supports the selection of suitable external partners/CROs in the monitoring area and works closely with them in the implementation of studies
- Supports the further development of our monitoring strategy and an innovative risk-based and efficient monitoring approach
- Supports study recruitment based on their expertise from working with our study centers and helps to optimize our study marketing activities
Qualifications:
- Completed university degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, or a comparable field
- (First) experience in monitoring clinical trials of phases (II) III-IV or experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
- Works in detail and has organizational skills as well as a responsible, independent, and solution-oriented work style
- Fluent German (at least C1 level) and very good English (at least B2 level) skills
- Ideally, you also have very good Czech or Polish (at least B2 level) skills
