Responsibilities:
The Junior Manager, Clinical Trial Materials Management & Distribution coordinates and plans all IMP-related activities (including comparator and emergency medications) within the framework of preclinical and clinical studies. They create time and cost plans for IMP management and ensure their adequate implementation in collaboration with internal departments and external partners. They coordinate regular IMP inventory management at manufacturers, logistics providers, and study centers and support the development of IMP plans for new studies. In coordination with project managers/study leads, they develop study-specific forms, instructions, and training materials for IMP logistics. They support the continuous improvement of processes and documentation in the IMP area (including the further development of current reporting standards).
Qualifications:
Successfully completed university degree in a natural science
Interest in drug development and clinical trials. Prior practical experience is a plus.
Responsible, accurate, and timely work style
True team player with a high degree of initiative and results orientation
Fluent German and English (at least C1 level) and very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
